Last year the 27-year-old star was chosen to post for the Tanduay Calendar Girl for 2018. Tanduay described the young actress as “modern, bold, and pioneering,” which, according to the distillery label, are the best words that capture Erich's essence and the brand’s identity. “Erich will not just be a figure of beauty and sexiness, but an icon of Tanduay as it stands out of the clutter through embracing experiential effort and fore fronting technology,” Tanduay said during the press launch held earlier today.
“The year of 2018 will be an exciting time for both Erich and Tanduay as they drive a momentum for the Tanduay Experience—being more aggressive in the digital and content space, leveraging on augmented realities and virtual experiences, being first in bold executions, and creating daring properties that all encapsulate everyone’s #TibayNgLoob,” they added.
In several scenes of the movie “Siargao” the actress also shows off her sexy figure where she is seen in her skimpy bikinis. This is really her sexiest appearance on the big screen. “Well, I’m not getting any younger po,” she says. “At pinaghandaan ko po yan. I’ve been eating healthy.
At talagang nagwo-workout ako, maski noong nasa Siargao kami mismo. It came to a point sa life and career ko na kung hindi ko gagawin ngayon, kailan pa? I felt I’m ready for it now at dumating naman yung tamang project sa proper timing naman ang lahat. (Well, I’m not getting any younger. And I really prepared for it. I’ve been eating healthy. And I also work-out even when we were in Siargao. It came to a point in my life and my career that if I am not going do it now then, when? I felt I’m ready for it now and the right project came along, so everything it at the right timing.)”
The actress also shares that she is happy to be part of the annual Metro Manila Film Fest again. She said “My last entry was ‘Shake, Rattle & Roll’ three years ago, so it’s nice to be back and do this movie na nakaka-excite as it shows the viewers the beauty of one of the best places in our country. Marami kong ginawa rito na exciting talaga, like surfing and cliff jumping. Ako rin ang nag-drive sa sarili kong motorbike around Siargao. Halos one month kaming nag-stay roon at lahat kami sa cast, sobrang ganda ng experience namin kasi you’re working but at the same time, parang nagbabakasyon ka rin lang in such a beautiful idyllic place by the beach.

I did lots of exciting things, like surfing and cliff jumping. I also drive a motorbike around Siargao. We stayed almost one month there, the experience was so nice because you’re working but at the same time, you are in a vacation to such a beautiful idyllic place by the beach.)”
She also started 2018 with a bang when she agreed to be on the cover of Rogue magazine, where she looked radiant topless wearing only pants. The actress is stepping into a new light with a highly successful film and a steamy new magazine cover. The actress posted the finished product of her photo shoot with Rogue Magazine in her personal Instagram account and people’s jaws dropped for sure to the floor.
Her gorgeous smile would be the one to draw you in at first to captivate you. But as soon as you look at the whole picture, you are guaranteed to be out of words. The actress confidently went topless for the photo shoot of the Rogue magazine cover. Erich’s chest was strategically hidden but the viewers who saw the sizzling photo are still stunned and utterly at her mercy. The cover article will see the upcoming "The Blood Sisters" star talk about her wild 2017, and on how she moved on from the controversies that hounded her this past year. "This next phase of her life symbolizes a moving on from her own personal crossroads, a journey back to self-discovery and self-love," Rogue wrote accompanying the photo.
Although she is obviously more confident now, Gonzales said she considers herself sexiest when she’s just at home and not showing off her figure. “When I’m at home in my pajamas, comfortable lang kasi talaga. Walang make-up, walang ayos, just being your complete self, (When I’m at home in my pajamas, It really comfortable, No make-up, no retouch, just being your complete self.)” she told ABS-CBN News in an interview.
Contrary to the usual connotation of the word, the actress also has a unique definition of sexy. “It is how you carry yourself, your confidence also. For me, being smart is sexy,” she said. The actress was also asked to what really pushed her to accept more daring projects? “Siguro it started talaga last year.
I made a decision to better myself na matutunan ang mga bagay na hindi ko pa alam. Saying yes to adventures, to learning new things. Eventually, dumating 'yung mga offers. Nagtuloy-tuloy na siya. Okay naman, ine-embrace ko itong change na ito, (Maybe it started last year. I made a decision to better myself, to learn the things that I still don’t know. Saying yes to adventures, to learning new things. Eventually, the offers came, so just goes on. It just okay, I just embrace the changes.)” she said.
Gonzales also does not want to be boxed into roles which no longer fit her age. She added “For me, graduate na tayo sa mga pabebe roles, pa-cute roles. Hindi naman pwedeng paulit-ulit na lang yung ginagawa natin. Dapat may variation din, something na may iba ka namang ma-offer sa audience natin.
(For me I’m finished with the teenage roles, the cutie roles. We cannot just do the same thing over and over again. It needs variation also, something different to offer to the audience.)” That’s the very reason why she agreed to do “The Blood Sisters,” where a scene required her to learn how to strip dance. “Nag-hire talaga sila ng dancer na puwede magturo sa akin kung paano 'yung dancer sa club talaga. Siyempre nung kinunan namin 'yun, pikit mata na. Walang inhibitions, (They really hire a dancer who could teach me how to dance like the dancers in the night club. Of course when we shoot the scene I just close my eyes do it all the way, no inhibitions,)” she said.
Since she is not used to doing this kind of role, Gonzales said she just puts her trust into the people behind the production and to her director. “Siyempre nung sinabi nila sa akin yung kuwento, nung nag-present sila, alam ko na kung ano ang papasukin ko. Siyempre ni-ready ko na ang sarili ko diyan. Tiwala lang talaga sa production, sa director. Alam mo naman na you’re in good hands, (Of course when they told me story upon their presentation, I already know what I’m dealing with. I already prepared myself about it. It is just faith to the production and director. You know that you are in good hands)” she said.
