NU Muses
After making her stunning appearance in Victoria’s Secret Pink lingerie line and making the Philippines proud, next, Janine Tugonon is targeting for another accomplishment as a Pinay US-based model.
Janine is listed as one of the 100 candidates chosen that would be part of the global search for the NU Muses. It is a project of Treats Magazine. The founder is Steve Shaw and the celebrity photographer is David Bellemere.
20 talented models were selected through online voting which proceeded until 17th September 2016. The list was filtered down to 12 models and the result was out on the 28th of September 2016. World-renowned, Bellemere was in charge of photographing the chosen candidates.
This is for an NU Muses calendar project. Aside from that, they will also be receiving $10,000 along with a massive exposure as a lifetime experience. Tugonon took it to Instagram and seek for her followers and fan to help her make this dream a reality.
She Nailed it
The outstanding news is, the former beauty queen, Ms Janine Tugonon has been selected to be among the first calendar models of Nu Muses.
Janine admits that being part of this project is a big chance for her to showcase her personality, charm, talent, and beauty all at once. It is a superb exposure for me and hoping to be the commencement of a striving career ahead.
Janine's Victoria's Secret Success
Janine made the headlines when she is really striding her way up in the modelling career in America. As mentioned, the former beauty queen was featured in the latest advertisement of the famous lingerie line, Victoria’s Secret Pink. As the ad was released, Tugonon and other models acted as students.
Victoria’s Secret Pink is a world famous brand that targets younger women. On her Instagram page, Tugonon said: “Had so much fun shooting this with you.” This caption came along with the ad on her Instagram page and tagged her fellow models.
Back in 2012, Janine Tugonon represented Miss Universe 2012 and she took the first runner-up spot to American beauty queen, Olivia Culpo. Currently, based on her Instagram profile, she is in the Big Apple City and works under MSA Models.
